Eye Care Practices
AGE LIMIT and PRE-REQUISITE
For ages 8 years and above.
Must have learned Upa Yoga or Surya Kriya, through an Isha Hatha Yoga Teacher, if you are registering for Eye Care practice session alone.
DURATION of the WORKSHOP:
Total of 6 hours in 3 sessions. The participants will be equipped well, so they can do the practice on their own in the comfort of their home, every day, after attending this workshop.
DAY and TIMINGS:
Session 1: FRIDAY | 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Session 2: SATURDAY | 7:00 am - 9:00 am
Session 3: SATURDAY | 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm
(Attendance to all sessions is mandatory)
PRACTICE REQUIREMENTS:
An empty stomach condition is required.
Empty Stomach for kids:: Must have completed a full meal -2.5 hrs / Snack- 1.5 hrs / Drink - 60 mins, before the program starts.
Empty Stomach for Adults:: Must have completed a full meal -4 hrs / Snack- 2.5 hrs / Drink - 1.5 hrs, before the program starts.
Duration for everyday practice:
Once learned, Upa Yoga and Eye Care Practices will take between 25 mins - 40 mins for everyday practice

Upa- Yoga ONLY — $ 85
Eyecare ONLY — $85
Upa- Yoga + Eyecare — $140
PRACTICE OVERVIEW & BENEFITS:
Eye care practices we offer are a natural way to improve vision-related issues which many a time stems from routine patterns of sitting in front of computers, televisions, phones, etc.
1. Strengthens the eye muscles
2. Improves eyesight
3. Helps relieve eye strain from prolonged exposure to computers, bringing relaxation to eyes
4. Recommended for those with Myopia and Hypermetropia
Important Note:
Due to the nature of this practice, people who fall under the following categories are not eligible to participate at this time:
Women who are currently pregnant
Anyone who has had major open surgery in the last 6 months
Anyone who has had laparoscopic surgery in the last 6 weeks
