AGE LIMIT and PRE-REQUISITE
For ages 7 -13 yrs, no prior knowledge of yoga is required.
DURATION of the WORKSHOP:
Total 4 hours split into 2 sessions. Children will be equipped well, so they can do the practice on their own, in the comfort of their home- every day, after attending this workshop.
DAY and TIMINGS:
Session 1: SATURDAY | 8:00 am - 10:00 am
Session 2: SUNDAY | 8:00 am - 10:00 am
(Attendance to all sessions is mandatory)
PRACTICE REQUIREMENTS:
An empty stomach condition is required.
Empty Stomach for kids : Must have completed a full meal -2.5 hrs / Snack- 1.5 hrs / Drink - 60 mins, before the program starts.
Duration for everyday practice:
Once learned, Yoga for attention and memory takes approximately 20 mins - 30 mins for everyday practice

Price includes workshop and 2 follow-up sessions/ personal practice corrections for the kids
