Age Limit and Pre-Requisite:
No age restriction for pregnant women
Duration of the Workshop:
Total of 6 hours of training split into 3 sessions. The participants will be equipped well, so they can do the practice on their own in the comfort of their home - every day, after attending this workshop.
Day and Timings:
Session 1: SAT | 7:00 a.m -9:00 a.m (Check-in time : 6:45 a.m)
Session 2: SAT | 4:00 p.m -6:00 p.m (Check-in time : 3:45 p.m)
Session 3: SUN | 4:00 p.m -6:00 p.m (Check-in time : 3:45 p.m)
(Attendance to all sessions is mandatory)
Practice Requirements:
An empty stomach condition is required.
Finish a meal 4 hours prior to the class, snack 2.5 hours prior, Juice - 1.5 hours before the class.
Duration for everyday practice:
Once learned, Pregnancy practices will take 25 mins+ for everyday practice

Prerequisites:
No Experience of Yoga is necessary.
