For ages 14- 18, NO prior knowledge of yoga is required.

Isha Hatha Yoga for High School students offers an introduction to yoga through simple life-enhancing practices. This workshop includes Surya Kriya, Isha Kriya, Nadi Shuddhi,Chit Shakti meditation,Upa Yoga, Vedic Mathematics ( tips to help in SAT), Food & health, cooking tips, Field trips, farm to table , lectures from field experts , games and more….
