For ages 7- 10, NO prior knowledge of yoga is required.

Isha Hatha Yoga for Children offers an introduction to yoga through simple life-enhancing practices. This workshop includes Brian Yoga, AUMKar meditation, Nadi Shuddhi, Surya Shakti, intro to Vedic Mathematics, about food and healthy cooking for children, nature walk, farm to table concept, talks with the field experts, games and more….
