Age Limit and Pre-requisite:
For ages 14 years and above, NO prior knowledge of yoga is required.

Timings:
EVERY TUE, THU & FRI | 9:15 am - 10:30 am (Check-in : 9:00 am)
(Attendance to all sessions is mandatory)
Practice Requirements:
An empty stomach condition is required.
Finish a meal 4 hours prior to the class, snack 2.5 hours prior, beverage or cigarette 1.5 hours before the class.
Pricing:
Early Bird: $330 for three months
If registered, Less than Three days before the program starts: $400/ Quarter

Women who are currently pregnant
Anyone who has had major open surgery in the last 6 months
Anyone who has had laparoscopic surgery in the last 6 weeks
