EXCLUSIVE WORKSHOP for ENRICH & EXCEL STUDENTS ONLY
AGE LIMIT and PRE-REQUISITE
For ages 8 + yrs, NO prior knowledge of yoga is required.
DURATION of the WORKSHOP:
Total 8 hours split into 2 sessions. The participants will be equipped well, so they can do the practice on their own in the comfort of their home, every day, after attending this workshop.
DAY and TIMINGS:
Session 1: MONDAY | 8:30 am - 12:00 pm
Session 2: TUESDAY | 8:30 am - 12:00 pm
(Attendance to all sessions is mandatory)
PRACTICE REQUIREMENTS:
An empty stomach condition is required.
Empty Stomach means:
For Kids( 8-13 yrs)—Must have completed a full meal -2.5 hrs / Snack- 1.5 hrs / Drink - 60 mins, before the program starts.
For ADULTS / 14+ yrs —Must have completed a full meal -2.5 hrs / Snack- 1.5 hrs / Drink - 60 mins, before the program starts.
Duration for everyday practice:
Once learned, Yoga for Attention & Memory takes between 20 mins + for everyday practice
PRICING:
Early Bird ends DEC 16th: $100
If registered, after DEC 16th, before the program starts: $120
PRACTICE BENEFITS:
A specific sequence of invigorating physical postures (Sadilaja and Asanas), cleansing practice (Nadi Shuddhi) and universal sound (Aum chanting). When practiced on a regular basis this sequence can not only enhance memory and concentration but can also bring a certain balance to thoughts and emotions.
Yoga for Memory and Focus includes several aspects that enrich one’s life:

Prerequisites:
No Experience of Yoga is necessary.
