Must have completed Surya Shakti for Kids workshop, as taught by a certified Isha Hatha Yoga Teacher.

For those who learned SURYA SHAKTI. This practice session will include guided practice/corrections. It is an opportunity to refresh your practice as well as having it fine-tuned with teacher support & regular classes.

Empty Stomach condition REQUIRED for the class.

Empty Stomach:: Must have completed a full meal -2.5 hrs / Snack- 1.5 hrs / Drink - 60 mins, before the program starts.
